Black Teas £2.30

To make black tea, the leaves are rolled after natural withering, which releases enzymes in the sap which begins the oxidation process, darkening the leaves creating a fuller, richer taste with more body and strength. Leaf tea should be brewed for 2-3 minutes if drunk without milk and 3-5 minutes if drunk with milk
